Exchange or return request

Intimate clothing follows hygiene standards imposed by ANVISA. Therefore, there is no obligation to exchange or return swimsuits as they are intimate items, only in case of manufacturing defects.

As a courtesy, Special Key Wear allows exchanges or returns as long as the conditions in this exchange policy are expressly observed.

Exchanges will only occur if the product has no signs of use, washing, odors, or stains, without scratches and without alterations made by the customer (e.g. hem adjustment, darts, etc.), and provided that the rules and costs of sending/returning/returning the item are observed.

To request an exchange or return of a product, simply contact us through our email sac@specialkeywear.com.

To speed up the process, please send or provide the order number, the type of request (exchange or return), and the reason.

Deadline for exchange or return request: purchase remorse.

You have up to 7 (seven) consecutive days (reflection period) from the date of receipt of the product (Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code) to request an exchange.

Deadline for exchange request (size exchange) or return.

The store offers the option to exchange for a different size (of the same product) within 7 (seven) consecutive days.

ATTENTION: We do not exchange or return products on sale/promotion or custom-made products.

Exchange options

Exchange for the same product.

"Same product" is understood as exchange for a different size.

The exchange option is subject to availability of the desired item in stock. If it is not available, the product value will be credited for purchase in the store.

Return options

Refund of the amount paid for the product, according to the payment method used when placing the order, or credit of the amount paid for the product for purchase in the store.

Product conditions for exchange or return

The product must be returned unused in its original packaging, accompanied by the accessories (with the intact TAG) with the declaration of value or invoice, without any signs of use, washing, odors, or stains, without scratches and without alterations made by the customer (e.g. hem adjustment, darts, etc.).

All returned products undergo an analysis by the store's Quality Control at the time they arrive at our Distribution Center.

After receiving the product, the analysis and approval may take up to twenty business days.

The desired product for exchange or refund will only be released after approval by our Quality Control.

Special Key Wear is not responsible for products with misuse or improper use that cause damage to the item such as washing in a manner not in accordance with the factory instructions, friction from use other than the product's intended use, and alterations made by the customer (hem adjustment, darts, and other modifications).

If any discrepancy or violation of the product is identified, not in accordance with the conditions stated in our exchange policy, we will not accept the return and will return the product to the sender, with the shipping cost borne by the customer.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer, who must bear both the cost of shipping the product to be exchanged and the cost of shipping the new product to the customer's address.

The products must be posted with a Return Receipt (AR) to the address Rua Nelson Viana, nº 785, Centro. Três Rios - RJ, CEP: 25805-290 and must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging with all accessories that accompany them and without any signs of use. We advise to insure the value of the pieces sent for eventual reimbursement with Correios in case of loss of the order.

In the case of returning a defective product, a post code from Correios or Transportadora will be sent to your email, along with instructions for use.

In the case of returning a product without defects or due to regret, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

If the customer has received the benefit of free shipping, in case of returning a product without defects or due to regret, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded for the order.

If the customer has received the benefit of free shipping, in case of exchanging a product without defects or due to regret, both the return shipping cost of the product to be exchanged and the shipping cost of the new product chosen will be borne by the customer.

All codes sent are valid for 7 days for posting the product.

This deadline must be respected in all exchanges, sent with or without the post code.

After receiving the product, it will go through the quality check and inspection process.

Special Key Wear is not responsible for incorrectly filled addresses or for difficult-to-access domiciles that make it difficult to receive your order. In case of returning to our address for the reasons mentioned, Special Key Wear will contact you to resend the shipment by paying the corresponding new shipping fee.

In both cases, the customer must contact Special Key Wear through Contact, where the procedures for return will be informed and, if necessary, the code/label for sending the unused product in its original packaging, accompanied by accessories and value declaration or invoice.

Conditions for refund

The refund will depend on the payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase.

In the case of credit card, the refund will be made through a refund of the value on the credit card used for the purchase.

In the case of refund to the credit card, the deadline for completion is 30 to 60 days, depending on the closing date of the customer's invoice.

In the case of reimbursement made via bank slip to a bank account, the deadline is up to 4 business days for completion.

In the case of installment payment of your order, the refund will be made available according to the chosen installments (condition of the payment service operator).
