RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At Special Key Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

As our products are considered intimate apparel, returns and exchanges are subject to specific hygiene and quality requirements.

  1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the intimate nature of our products and in accordance with Brazilian sanitary regulations applicable to intimate apparel, swim briefs, underwear, and similar garments are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.

As a courtesy to our customers, Special Key Wear may accept return or exchange requests provided that all requirements of this policy are fully met.

Items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• Unwashed

• Free from odors, stains, or damage

• Unaltered in any way

• With original tags attached

Requests that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

  1. RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD

Returns

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Size Exchanges

Size exchanges for the same product may be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Sale items, clearance items, promotional items, and custom-made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  1. EXCHANGE OPTIONS

Approved exchanges may be made for the same product in a different size, subject to availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued for future purchases.

  1. RETURN OPTIONS

For approved returns, customers may choose between:

• Refund to the original payment method

• Store credit for future purchases

  1. CONDITIONS FOR APPROVAL

Returned products must be sent back:

• In their original packaging

• With all included accessories

• With original tags attached

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

All returned items are subject to quality inspection upon receipt.

Inspection may take up to 20 business days.

Items showing signs of use, washing, damage, alterations, odors, stains, or missing tags may be refused and returned to the customer.

  1. SHIPPING COSTS

All shipping costs related to exchanges, including size exchanges or exchanges requested due to customer preference, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

This includes both the return shipping cost to Special Key Wear and the shipping cost for the replacement item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Only in cases where a manufacturing defect has been confirmed by our quality inspection team will Special Key Wear cover the shipping costs associated with the return or replacement.

For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost paid by Special Key Wear may be deducted from the refund amount when applicable.

  1. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us:

After inspection and confirmation of the defect, we may offer:

• Product replacement

• Store credit

• Full refund

  1. REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, financial institution, or card issuer.

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Special Key Wear is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, incorrect washing procedures, or alterations made by the customer.

We are also not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

This Returns & Exchanges Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
