In accordance with hygiene and safety criteria recognized by health surveillance bodies, the retailer is not obliged to exchange these parts, except in cases of manufacturing defects. As these products come into direct contact with the skin in sensitive areas of the body, it is not possible to guarantee their hygienic condition after contact or testing, which may pose a health risk.
